Graduates and Students
Lion Nathan has a long record of supporting graduates in both NZ and Australia, having run the programme since 1991 in New Zealand and 1996 in Australia. Over the past 18 years our programme has proven to be both as exciting as it is challenging.
The number of graduates we have recruited into our business has varied each year depending on the number of suitable candidates and the specific needs of the business function. Lion Nathan has run two types of programmes - the majority of our previous intakes being rotational programmes; but more recently we have adopted a “real people into real roles" approach which has seen graduates go into a position aligned to their degree in a full-time capacity.
This approach has been so successful that we have recruited 14 new graduates into the business over the past 2 years.
2009
We have decided to defer the Graduate Recruitment Programme for 2010 and concentrate on the development and coaching of the 14 graduates that started in 2008 and 2009 through a comprehensive Graduate Development Programme.
How can I find out about other Graduate opportunities?
Even though we won't be running a targeted Graduate Programme this year, from time to time we will still have roles that are pitched at a graduate level. These will be advertised on our careers website - www.lion-nathancareers.co.nz along with all of our other roles. We also encourage you to lodge your CV and register your details and areas of our business you are interested in - that way we can keep you informed of any up and coming opportunities!
